News Ant-Man and the Wasp

And he's being played by Micheal Cerveris, who played September, the main Observer on Fringe.

Something that I just noticed in the cast list. "Young Janet" is being played by Hayley Lovitt (The Gifted), who also played Janet in the first movie, despite the fact that we never saw her face in the first movie. In fact, there are "young" versions of Hank, Hope and Bill Foster as well (young/old Bill Foster are being played by the father/son team of Laurence and Langston Fishburne).

I wonder if we will see these actors real faces, or if they will replaced by CGI renderings of Douglas, Pfifffer and er, Fishburne? (Although, Langston looks enough like Laurence that CGI replacement might not be necessary)

Reminded me of how amazing MIB III was with Josh Brolin as younger Tommy Lee Jones. :techman:

Anticipation is building for Wasp. Go, Michelle!

Well, I enjoyed that thoroughly. The light frothiness of it all may disappoint some, but I got exactly what I wanted/expected from it. Lots of big and small fun, some clever action, and likeable characters. Another fairly unused bad guy, but honestly I often prefer it for these kinds of movies. I don't really want to spend much time with the villains for the most part. (Some exceptions, naturally.)

Though Ant-Man is Lang's main ID, I would like to see more Giant Man. I used to love reading Giant Man stories in Tales to Astonish and Pym-centric stories in The Avengers from the 60s & 70s.

Someone going to open a Grading and Discussion thread later?

The "honor" tends to go to the person who started the anticipation thread, which would be me. However, I'm not even going to attempt to do it on my phone and I don't know when I'm going to be back at my computer. So, if anyone else wants to do it, it's fine by me.

I'm curious how much of the movie Michelle Pfifffer is actually in. The fact that the whole movie appears to be based around trying to save her, makes me think she's not going pop up until fairly late into it.
