I wasn't a big fan of
TLJ (I just thought it was okay, but it did have some beautiful set-pieces and great moments), but that's irrelevant to this discussion, because no one deserves to be harassed online simply for making a film or being a character in it you didn't like. Not Kelly Marie Tran, not John Boyega, not Rian Johnson, not Kathleen Kennedy, and not George Lucas back in the day. Vote with your dollars by not attending the theater or not buying the Blu-ray and associated products if it bothers you that much (it certainly doesn't bother me enough to do that), not with harassment of people involved in the film.
2) Pom Klementieff is gorgeous, drop-dead very beautiful. I'm skeptical this issue really came down to race. We've had many Asian actresses and actors who have been loved by their respective fanbases in genre tentpoles and TV shows before.
AND finally we get to the heart of the issue which you've been sarcastically covering over for most of the thread by pretending you're on "Team Tico", though you blew it when you compared her to Tilly in
DSC, someone whose appearance you've mocked relentlessly in the Discovery Forum. If she had looked more like Pom Klementieff you would have liked her more, because you're shallow and sexist, in addition to your many other issues.
Also, you gave it away when you said "some" people have called Rose the Jar-Jar Binks of the sequel films in your OP, which I think is probably something you've said numerous times too, as you just HAD to bring it up in the first post of an OP about the actress being harassed online, because you're so full of class.
I'm sure your singular obsession (two threads and numerous posts) with Kathleen Kennedy being fired and harassed has nothing to do with her being a woman and casting women and minorities in lead roles (the dreaded "SJW agenda") or anything like that.
But congrats on taking pleasure in mocking the seemingly nicest person in the world getting run off social media because it turned out to be exactly as bad as she had initially feared. Well done. You've made the internet a better place today, hero.
