They changed things, the Klingon BoP was supposed to be the third issue according to my original pamphlet.

I got the Shenzhou first and the Discovery second, but I didn't get any posters with either of them.
And my Discovery model didn't come with the collectors book.
Scratch that, it was in the bottom of the box under the foam packaging.
(I went back and did a second look)

Still annoyed I didn't get the posters.

    Addendum:
Just got through talking to one of their reps, She didn't have an answer for me but put in a ticket to hopefully get it solved.
Guess I'll have to wait and see.

I just remembered that I also got a flyer from Eagle-moss back in March about the BoP...

The subscription gifts were just recently announced so weren't available when original subscribers would have received issue 2 back in February. I assume the posters might ship with Issue 3 for us.

They also switched the ordering of the issues around the same time making the Kerala number 3.

In physical Eaglemoss form, that Bird of Prey looks pretty damn cool, and what's more is that it looks very much like an updated design for the Klingon ship aesthetic. For whatever reason, they just look bad in the show to me.

Because obviously The Producers weren't interested in giving us "beauty shots" of the ships as we had seen in countless previous Trek outings.
Another "failing" They probably thought would make Their show stand out from the rest.
Unfortunately for Them, those kinda shots are an expected "standard" of a Star Trek Show.

Agreed! I really, really miss those beauty shots. I hope they start doing them next season.

My flyer was just a piece of A4 paper saying that. No pictures. :(

Oh lordy, another Trek Collectors item I'll have to hang onto forever.
To laminate or not... hummmnnn... Perhaps just a non-reactive zip-lok bag for now.

    Dear David B,
We here at HeroCollector would like to apologize for not having released much information on the new Star Trek: Discovery collection- there are many challenges to face when developing a new collection based on an equally new (and equally awesome) TV series and we are sorry to have not updated you sooner.
We would like to officially confirm a number of details:

    • The running order: This has been tweaked slightly and for those of you loving the Federation ships, you’ll be pleased to know that issue 3 in the collection will now be the U.S.S. Kerala and the Klingon Bird of Prey will switch to issue 4.
      • Despatch dates: We are pleased to confirm that the wait is almost over and that issue 3 – the U.S.S. Kerala will now be available from June 16th. Again we would like to apologize for this delay and greatly appreciate your patience. From June we’ll send out your issues monthly.
      • Subscriber gifts: We are excited to confirm that as part of your collection you will receive the following FREE gifts, worth over $150!:
    · x2 Scale chart posters
    · U.S.S. Shenzhou dedication plaque
    · U.S.S. Discovery dedication plaque
    · Tardigrade Figurine
    · Mirror Universe I.S.S. Shenzhou

Thank you for your continued patience, we really hope you enjoy the collection.
    Best,
    HeroCollector Team

The ISS Shenzhou is rather lame as a gift. There isn’t much different about it.

I noticed that the 2 pics are what was posted in Their latest "DISCOVERY" info dump, so it's no big deal.

I went back and fiddled with it anyway

A damaged USS Glenn would be an amazing bonus gift thing. The ISS Shenzhou could at least have a couple more weapons or maybe some yellow accenting. Switching a single letter is lame get creative!!!!

That is how it looked in the show., they also slapped the new Terran logo on the saucer, it isn't just a letter change.

    Welp...
I got the Kerala yesterday (Saturday).
    Very nice ship.
    Didn't get the poster 8-/
Apparently, they are on back order. (according to the Rep I talked to on the phone this morning)
She said that as soon as they come in from England, it will be shipped to me.
    oh well.

They have a lot of similarities.
It wasn't till I did a second look here, that I realized I hadn't posted a pic of both of them right-side up.
    (first pic added last)

You can also see that the Shenzhou being a "Hero Ship", got a lot more details added to it.

Well the Shepard is based off a rejected Shenzhou design.
