You could say I'm going Solo to watch Solo.
I didn't realise that it was.Indeed, I don't see why it's so Taboo to go the cinema by oneself.
I love it when that happens! I can kick back like a slob, loudly smack my popcurn and slurp my beverage and burp loudly without having to worry about bothering anyone.Well, I usually go with a couple of mates, but there are some films I've gone to see on my own.
It's when you're also the only one in the cinema when it seems to feel a bit weird![]()
If the talking is saved for after the movie, then that can be very interesting. I don't like hearing a bunch of commentary during the movie, as often seems to happen when I watch a movie with a group.I would go alone if nobody wanted to go with me but for me a lot of the fun is talking it over with someone
I feel that way about gigs - I've been to hundreds but only two on my own, and it feels a bit weird. That's a more social thing though.I would go alone if nobody wanted to go with me but for me a lot of the fun is talking it over with someone
Well, I always go to restaurants alone too.see it as the equilvant as going to a restaurant on your own, yes you can sit there happily eating away but you look a little sad/lonely.
That's a big no-no for me.Well, I always go to restaurants alone too.
