There have been quite a few versions over the decades. But which do you consider "yours"?

Even though I grew up on Next Gen, for me it's the Kelvin Universe version. I was so into the hype for those films, discussed and debated them online for years. The original TV series version will always be "the" Enterprise in my mind, but the Kelvin one is "mine"

And it's slimmed-down Beyond incarnation counts too.

Well since I had a poster of the TMP refit on my bedroom wall before I had even seen any Star Trek I'm going to plump for that, plus it's absolutely beautiful.

TNG 1701-D. I was sad when the saucer section crash landed on Veridian III. The Galaxy Class is still facinating IMO.

Probably the Galaxy class D. That’s the one I inhabited during my formative years. The one I believed the future could look like. The one I could mentally explore, gorging on feasts and desserts beyond my means, enjoying the views of the cosmos from ten forward. Visiting amazing worlds and hearing tales of adventure from those that lived them. Accessing the computer library, learning about future history. Tiring myself out in the zero gravity gym. Being treated by Bev for my appalling 20th Century ailment, acne. The holodeck, assuming it didn’t have parental controls, but what I saw of C24 cyber security I could probably hack the main computer just by asking it for control.

The D, definitely. It looked awesome too.

First and second place favorite designs would be TOS Enterprise and TNG Enterprise, they're both great and I feel are character themselves on their respective shows. TOS edges out the TNG.

The "Re-fit" Enterprise is the next level down, but nice

The NX01 has grown on me, but I still (IMO) consider it too big and advanced for the early effort it suppostly represents.

Never overly cared for the Enterprise-E, it was never a "part of the family." Picard himself dismissed it's importance when faced with destroying it in FC he flippedly said there are more letters in the alphabet. I think I would have liked it more if it had been painted in lighter tones, more overall off-white and less depressing shades of grey.

The Abrams-universe Enterprise's are too casually badly shot up or destroyed, and again not a "part of the family.". When Khan shot up the refit it hurt. When Kirk blew up the refit in TSFS you felt it in your gut, I've read that people in the theaters actually cried. When the Abrams Enterprise was shredded in Beyond it was like losing some random X-wing.

I'm waiting for more on the Discovery Enterprise before making a personal evaluation.

I was sad yes. Right from the start they kept showing it in beautiful glamor shots and flybys.

I understand it was under consideration by TPTB to have the Enterprise-E be a Galaxy class, and the props department painted a E over the D on the shooting model just in case.

Every ship except for B, E, NX-01, and whatever will be conjured up on Discovery. A ship named Enterprise has to be beautiful; it symbolizes Star Trek and it's utopian world, to explore new and interesting civilizations. A part of me wish the Voyager design was the NCC-1701-E because it was sleek and the kind of design which should've propel future starships.

Correction: I forgot to add 1701-C as well as ship models I can't accept; just an uninspired, and lazy looking design IMO. I hated it.

I'll give ranking them a crack:

TOS

NX-01

-D

Kelvinprise

Kelvin-A

-C

-B

The sovereign was a lot more sleaker then the intrepid IMO

I voted the TOS Refit, specifically the -A for the TUC bridge.

As for an over all ranking, I don’t hate any of the designs, this is really just a most like to least like

TOS Refit
DSC Enterprise
TOS Enterprise
NX-01 Refit (I know, non canon but I love it)
NX-01
ENT-E
ENT-F from STO
ENT-D
ENT-B
ENT-C
ENT-J

I’m not sure where to put the Kelvin Designs

I'll bite. My favourite is probably the TMP refit. I think that's one of the most iconic Enterprises, and it occupied a large fraction of my childhood. My rankings would be:

1. TMP refit (I'm not counting the 1701-A, since they're the same)
2. 1701-D
3. Discovery E.
4. Kelvinverse
5. TOS E
6. 1701-B (I like the Excelsior design better than the Constitution class, but they ruined it on the B with those stupid love handles on the front)
6. The rest of em.

The Refit/A is still my favorite. TMP really sells the ship.

Next would be the Original, then the D. I loved the Enterprise-E back in 1996 but have liked it less as time has gone on. I won't comment on the Disco Enterprise until I've seen the interior.

This is probably the toughest question I've ever been asked! If it's a matter of which design I prefer, it is an absolute tie between the Enterprise-D and the TMP Enterprise refit. I can't choose one over the other. But if I could only pick one Enterprise, one which I would love my own ship to ride into battle alongside, one who had the perfect crew and interior/exterior, the one with the most legend surrounding it and the one that, to me, the name ENTERPRISE applies most to in every single sense, it is the refitted USS Enterprise NCC-1701 from "Star Trek: The Motion Picture". She has been, and ever shall be, MY Enterprise.
