Definitely. Loved seeing Christopher Lloyd. His character reminded me of an older version of Jim from Taxi!
I loved the part when Becky stormed in and started yelling about Bev having sex in her apartment.
I love Mark to bits. He's a great addition to the show but I wish we saw him more often than every three episodes. That's the problem with having four generations of characters in a half-hour show.
Yea I like the supportive stuff, but she needs to step up in the punishment department. Her daughter Harris is already a handful.
I love the fact that Becky just starts randomly drinking Roseanne's or Jackie's beer.
One thing that bothered me. Jackie now supposedly has her mom and Becky's dog living with her in an apartment? I don't get that. Didn't Jackie have a house in seasons 6-7-8?

I agree with this. Darlene is doing a good job with her "march-to-a-different-drummer" son. Harris needs both a firmer hand and some more compassion. She's in a very rough spot right now.
However, Dan's point was valid, too. The birdhouse was already designed and paid for. The customer's expectations for this particular project outweighed Mark's artistry. Dan was right to reject Mark's first attempt, though perhaps he could have explained what he wanted/needed better. But then he wouldn't have been Dan. Hopefully Mark learned an important life lesson: when and how to express one's creativity. The decoration of the inside of the second house was, imo, a great compromise.
There are definately times to be yourself and express your creativity, but there are times when you have to conform to the "norm" especially of it's related to a paid job.
I'm enjoying the show a lot. I guess they dumped most of the last few seasons like Bev being a lesbian or Becky being pregnant in the last episode
This episode was okay. The story was similar to a early American Dad episode but that was more exaggerated and funnier.

They mention in the first episode that everything mentioned in the final episode was part of a novel she was writing. None of that was canon.
Agreed. She’s really trying to not be “herself” when raising them.
I want to see David around them more in the next season.
They are OLD! They are 63-65 and married for 45 years, they are old, that's why they use checks.
I agree it was a fine episode, probably the weakest, but I really love all the new children.

Thinking about it. They could have set their phone to dongle mode and use the 3G/4G to make the Skype call.
My mom is in her 60s and barely can figure out the internet to pay her bills. But Windows 10 is shit.
Dan has a flip phone, you think that has Skype? Hell I don't have data on my phone, neither do 3-4 of my friends just to save money.
