Now this is podracing! ;)

Joke aside, weird shape, but you did something great with it. Love how the nacelles integrate with the pylons.

FASA certainly did come up with some bizarre designs, but I like what you've done with this one, especially - as @Rekkert says - the nacelle integration.

That is an awesome strange FASA bash. :techman::mallory:

I always liked the Triton missile cruiser.. that one almost looks eh.. "sane"

What grabs me are the heaviness and the massive feel, great!

As you would page through any FASA Ship Recognition Guide, it seemed like each ship was longer, taller, more spread out than the last one....just for the sake of filling up the book.

I'd say about half of their designs were really cool, some were existing designs (more or less) and some were, like others have said, bizarro.

@Atolm 's take on this squat duck is amazing.

Thank you bro.

Always loved the FASA bizarro kitbashes. The Bader-class was one of the coolest. Nice artwork!
Thanks!

Thanks!...What is the Triton? got a link or a pic?

Thanks! I envisioned this ship as a mobile office of sorts, a mobile science and research facility if you will. As such, I also could see this ship as something used by Section 31 as a base of operations ...a ship that would have a cloak or just hang out in subspace...lurking.

I would totally watch a show like that! =)

I actually don't know for sure, the last time I stumbled across this thing was a decade ago, but yeah, it could be a fan creation, I assumed it was a FASA design because it is pretty odd looking.

I really love this! As @pl1ngpl0ng is saying, the heaviness of it is a welcome change to the often overly elegant and streamlined look of Starfleet vessels. This looks slow and vigorous. Thanks for sharing your work with us, @Atolm!

I love the fact that you made up your own warp nacelles rather than just the cut-n-paste Connie-refit style.

Outstanding as always.

Thanks!
I love the energy flowing between the nacelles. Reminds me of the early TMP refit concept artwork.
Thanks. It's why I did it :)

Thanks bro. I tend to design nacelles rather than just reuse them, it shows variety within the fleet.
