The MOST Disliked Episode of DS9 - Season Seven...

Afterimage. Because it has one of the most intense emotional reactions from Garak ever to grace the small screen. Watchable for that scene alone, but I also like Ezri trying to find her way and how difficult it would be for her and those who knew Jadzia Dax to adjust.

"Now get out of here...before I say something unkind."

CHRYSALIS
PRODIGAL DAUGHTER
THE EMPEROR'S NEW CLOAK
PENUMBRA
'TIL DEATH DO US PART
THE DOGS OF WAR

The worst episode was that one where they're in an imaginary game & captain sisko sings while dancing playing hopscotch.

Sorry if I ruined the game but that's the worst so u don't need to eliminate anymore x

"Penumbra" is a fantastic launch to the final arc. It feels very confident... they seem so sure of what stories they want to tell (we know there were ultimately some struggles, but that's a later episodes problem :))

THE DOGS OF WAR. Excellent set up for the finale with satisfying tying up of loose ends. Grand Nagus Rom!

And where we get double the awesomeness of Jeffrey Combs. I think it is the only episode in the franchise where someone was credited for two separate roles on screen.

Brent Spiner was credited for 3 in “Brothers”. His usual Data credit at the beginning and then credits for Lore and Dr. Soong in the end credits.

(Checks timestamp of last vote) Yay I can vote!

Let's see. Creepy hitting on patient episode, boring 'Please like Ezri' episode, MU episode, and Til Death To Us Part.

Til Death Do Us Part then. It is a good episode. It resolves the S7 tension between Worf and Ezri quite well and sets up the Breen as the 'new threat'.

I'll save "Prodigal Daughter"... I don't mind this one, it's my favorite of the Ezri-focused eps. I like that Orion Syndicate plot thread more than most. The ep is a little clunky, but less objectionable than A. Bashir yet again inappropriately falling for a patient, and B. the worst parallel-universe story I've ever seen.

I will give last spot to "The Emperor's New Cloak." I generally like the DS9 Mirror Universe arc, but this was a poor conclusion. "Chrysalis" has its own problems, but on the whole it's just a little bit better.

I am aware of that. What I meant was credited on screen during the 'Guest Stars' credits at the beginning of the episode. No one else before or since has that distinction. Sorry for the confusion.

The 'winner' of season 7 is "THE EMPEROR'S NEW CLOAK".

Thank you all for voting. I will be starting the final part shortly

sorry I misread the title.. thought u said worst episode of ds9 lol..

I agree with the emperor's new cloak being the worst of s7!! :brickwall:

My goodness all of those evil universe ones were so unwatchable. :barf::barf::barf::biggrin:;)ff

I’m pretty sure that Brian Markinson in Voyager’s “Faces” received double billing as both the Vidiian doctor and Lt. Durst. And “Faces” was from Voy’s first season (DS9’s 3rd).

They only put his name on the screen, not the 'as Lt. Durst/ Vidiian'.

Combs was credited 'as "Weyoun" and "Brunt".'

And they were both RECURRING characters, not like Brian Markinson who only appeared as Durst in one episode before "FACES".

You could always count the different twins from TOS’s second Mudd episode (“I, Mudd”). Sure they weren’t recurring, but Alyce Andrece had a co-star credit for Alice’s 1 through 250 and Rhae Andrece as Alice’s 251 through 500.
