100 quatloos says they never find another director but keep promising that an announcement is right around the corner, or they bring in someone just as slimy and awful as Peters.

He knows I can no longer afford to pay his phone bill, fly him to Atlanta or buy him sushi.

Peters will direct. Any funds he collects will be paid to him for that job.

I can actually see either one of those being true. Or if they are planning on doing two shorts, they'll both direct. Never mind the lack of talent and experience, that's never stopped them before.

These days Peters thinks he is god's gift to filmmaking.

And so the spamming to his FB groups continues.

Hey merely mortal fans, as a senior superfan who goes around creating things for you to enjoy in the moments I am not doing superfan other stuff, I just want to say follow my example and don't criticize anyone in a fan forum. Especially admins like me. This is my gift of wisdom from on high to you issued from my superfan bridge on the set of my highly welcomed and successful fan film from which I have deigned to take a moment after perchance noticing the difficulties down there in mere normal fan land.

So it's over, right ? ( highly doubtful knowing Alec )

Next up on the ongoing saga known only as - THE MADNESS OF KING ALEC...

Briefly back to the Author-Author thing, perhaps it's just another way to develop a mailing list that they can solicit for more donations?

Yeah, I found that kinda wacky too. When I left volunteering, nobody called it a resignation. They said thanks, we had lunch, and I departed.
