Fantastic way to judge the entire episode!I think Sarek is horribly miscast, so this episode looks meh.
Right! How come they can get this right, but the D7 so wrong?nice to see the Vulcan annular drive still being shown.
I'm beginning to think there were different design teams assigned to different groups, ships etc. Whoever handles the Klingons has a very specific aesthetic, that I don't share.Right! How come they can get this right, but the D7 so wrong?
It is like the Federation production design and the Klingon production design were done by two completely different teams that had wildly different goals and approaches.Right! How come they can get this right, but the D7 so wrong?

EDIT: Ninjaed.
I'd use it to go from my PC to the kitchen if I had one...............#lazyThey have a ship that can travel instantly from point A to point B. in what world wouldn't they use it?
Don't forget the toilet.I'd use it to go from my PC to the kitchen if I had one...............#lazy
Emergency point to point transporter, engageDon't forget the toilet.
ooohh a Vulcan ship!
The Vulcan ship appears to have a ring
Call the press, something DSC positive!!!That's probably the best put-together preview so far.
I'm starting to wonder, not to pin blame on one person, but if the whole "De-Mooring" of the Klingons was a Bryan Fuller thing. Show is still in early days, they may have some plan behind all this. I like the show so far, just not entirely hip to the lethargic, slow speaking, oddly depicted Klingons. How the fuck can they get some things so incredibly right (hand props, Vulcan props and spaceship design), and others so completely wrong (everything klingon)?? This show has serious split personality syndrome.
Hey, again there is an urgent emergency and they absolutely need to use the spore drive. What is this, third episode in a row?
instead of just when the crew has a lot of boring downtime staring out the window.
Just watched it again, this is proably going to be more star trek than the last one.
Come on now, that's a bit harsh. They also had lots of meetings in the conference room. So, it wasn't all looking out windows.![]()
Its a war so I have no problem with it, there will be emergencies all over the place.Hey, again there is an urgent emergency and they absolutely need to use the spore drive. What is this, third episode in a row?
