Yes! He's definately a very nice guy. Met him at ST-Las Vegas this year and had picture taken with him and with Connor Trinneet ("Trip"). They were a lot of fun when they hosted the Karaoke night!

Yes. Connor Trinneer is a very friendly guy! He gave me a big Bear hug after I presented him with his belated B-day gift in Vegas. Gave a belated B-day gift to Dominic Keating too.

That does sound like a lot of fun. I would love to go to something like that one day.

How close are you to Germany or England?? They usually have a big Convention once a year in both countries and both Dominic and Connor always go! Check out the information on the Creation Entertainment website for more info.

I visit the UK a few times a year, so that would probably be the easiest one to go to.

    Major Hayes!

For regular characters - Reed and Archer (I don't 'ship any of these people with each other, for the record). I just like the no-nonsense of Hayes; the screwed-up relationship ideas of Reed, who seems to have forsworn love because it's not something he can stuff into a nice, neat little box; and Archer because he goes from legitimately annoyed by Vulcans and really blundering his way through space to becoming the mature leader he's destined to be.

On the distaff side, I go with Hoshi over T'Pol because Hoshi was legit scared and felt out of place until S3 when she finally had confidence in herself, and was willing to sacrifice herself if that meant stopping the Xindi weapon.

Re:Hoshi. "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.....or the one"? Maybe she learned from T'pol, yes?

Phlox, because he is unrelentingly optimistic and open-minded. Also, while he is extremely intelligent and wise, often guiding the commanding officers, he does not allow it to get to his head.

I was a huge Quantum Leap fan so having Scott Bakula play a ST captain was simply amazing the first time through the series. He had the closest to Kirk sort of captain's style too so he was my favorite the first go round.

But now, re-watching years later in between episodes of DIS every week, I gotta say I adore T'Pol. She is great! I of course loved Spock. But Saavick was sort of boring to me and I reaaaaally didn't like Tuvok at all so it was the first time in a while that I dug a vulcan. Her brutally matter of fact delivery mixed with subtle but growing affection for humans is a great character arc. Also, I never got the sense that Jolene Blalock's appearance was being exploited for ratings like I sometimes felt Jeri Ryan was. I just thought that ENT was about humans and vulcans in their early stages of joint exploration still trying to figure out their relationship to one another and of course that would inevitably lead to sexualized situations. I mean Trip was a babe too. They're in space. A little macking is bound to happen.

I will also say that for only having four seasons and no movies to speak of, its mighty impressive that the ENT crew was able to establish the rapport and quality of connection they did. I never felt half as invested in the VOY crew as I was in ENT.

Welcome to TrekBBS and the ENT forum, cwellslovell. Well said, and I agree on all points... except I did like Saavik, particularly Kirstie Alley's version. :)

I liked all the characters. I think ENT did character moments really well - Jon and Trip watching polo with a beer, Hoshi teaching the Captain how to insult like a Tellarite, Phlox chasing his bat, Soval admitting to Trip that he had an affinity for humans all along. I loved the evolution of the Trip/T'Pol relationship and how it reflected the growing pains of the human/Vulcan alliance. I still miss the 3 seasons we didn't get.

I'll have to add that to my growing list of sexual euphemisms :bolian:

Welcome aboard the Good Ship BBS! I only started watching Enterprise in January of this year. I NEVER saw it when it originally aired and didn't know it existed! Now that I have seen it (2x's already) I can't get enough of it! I love ALL the characters and they way they interacted with each other. Of course I have faves too. I love the love/hate relationship that was going on with Trip and T'Pol - they just didn't know when to kiss or cut! Also, the relationship with Trip and Malcolm Reed. Almost like siblings, brothers who just kept butting heads but still stayed close friends. I really enjoyed when they got stuck on "Shuttle Pod One" and you got more insight to their friendship. Archer, for a first time Captain on the first starship did very well. He matured quite a bit by the time the series ended. Like I said I only started watching and I got so hooked I went to the STLV Con and had a blast! And I did get to meet my two guys, Trip & Malcolm. Both Connor and Dominic were very cool guys and fun at the Karaoke event! Like other fans, I wish this series was still running. I think due to the later episodes and the writers that it probably could have gone on for at least 10 years.

Hoshi Sato, since communications can be vital especially in deep space. Plus good equipment on the side.

Trip. He had the most personality. Phlox was okay but seemed a redux of Neelix. T'Pol was smart and sexy, but they couldn't figure out how to write her character. The rest were forgettable or stock.

For anyone who's interested - Reed & Tucker will be at the STLV 2018 next year! Scott Bakula will be at the Comic Con in LA this week-end!
