Star Trek episode most watched?

The episodes I've watched most are "Cold Fire", "Persistence Of Vision" and "Caretaker".
That goes for all the series together.

The TNG episodes I've watched most are "Ensign Ro", "Darmok", "Conundrum", "Chain Of Command" . I'ts a guess, I've watched many TNG episodes many times so it's hard to pick the most watched.

As for DS9, it's "The Maquis", "Duet" and "Move Along Home". I haven't watched DS9 that much yet due to bad airing where I live and recent problems with the DVD:s so I'm actually watching seasons 4-7 for the first time now.

As for TOS, it's "The Man Trap", "The Menagerie", "The Corbomite Maneuver" and "And The Children Shall Lead".

I don't know what's more interesting: the fact that Endgame is the overall top ep in this area (an ep I haven't seen yet, but it's notoriety precedes it somewhat), or the fact that it would take 22 days with no sleep to watch every Trek episode ever made.

But, props to Voyager on having the top 10 most rewatched episodes. Since this series seems to be regarded by some (many?) as the black sheep of the ST family, then that's a very positive factoid.

Wow. If you don't mind, I'm just going to post that..

"THE 51st anniversary commemorating the original airdate of the first Star Trek series might seem, at first, to be less important than the year before.

But there’s something extra for Trekkies to celebrate today on National Star Trek Day. In a little over two week, the first Star Trek series in 12 years will debut. Star Trek: Discovery is set to hit Netflix in Australia on September 25.

Spanning five decades with five live-action TV series, one animated TV series and 13 movies, Star Trek’s canon is… expansive.

The biggest fans, who are bound to be sporting their Vulcan ears and living long and prospering today, have devoted endless hours to series that promotes optimism and diversity. Gene Roddenberry would be proud.

If you’re new to the franchise, you better free up a lot of days and nights to catch up on five decades of show because there is a whopping, intimidating 695 episodes available to stream.

To mark the occasion, Netflix has dug into their reams of data and found out there are 12,000 uber fans who have watched every single episode of Star Trek on the streaming platform. That’s every episode of The Original Series, The Next Generation, Voyager, Enterprise and Deep Space Nine.

If you’re looking to repeat this feat, it’ll take you 22 days without sleep.

The episode Trekkies re-watch the most on Netflix is the two-part series finale of Voyager, “Endgame Parts 1 and 2”. In fact, the top 10 most re-watched episodes all belong to Voyager.

These include season five’s “Dark Frontier” two-parter, season four’s “Scorpion Part 2”, season four’s “The Gift”, season three’s “Scorpion Part 1”, season one’s “The Cloud”, season one’s “The Phage”, season one’s “Eye of the Needle”, season five’s “Drone” and season four’s “Year of Hell Part 2”.

After all these years, it looks like Captain Janeway is finally getting some respect.

But it’s not as simple as that. Turns out, there are more people watching Kirk’s The Original Series and Picard’s The Next Generation. It’s just Voyager and Deep Space Nine have more repeat customers. You could read that as their Trekkies are more fanatical about their devotion.

The new series, Discovery will take place 10 years before The Original Series, starring Sonequa Martin-Green, Maulik Pancholy, James Frain, Michelle Yeoh, Jason Isaacs and Rainn Wilson.

Star Trek: Discovery will be available to stream, week-by-week, on Netflix from September 25 at 5pm AEST."

ALL of these are great episodes!

Hopefully CBS will announce either a DS9 or Voyager or both Remaster after this. If 12,000 people bonge watched all the series, think of how many are streaming DS9 and Voyager around the world on Netflix and other services.

Personally, my most watched episodes are from the first season of anything. Not because of particular favourites or quality of the episodes, but usually because I get an urge to rewatch a series and never end up finishing it. So as a result, while I've seen The Cage/The Man Trap/Where No Man..., Encounter at Farpoint, Emissary, Caretaker and Broken Bow I've seen so often I can quote word-for-word, the finales for the series I've only watched once or twice of because I never get to the end. My last rewatch of DS9 I got all the way to Badda-Bing, Badda-Bang and then thought I'd binge watch the final ten episodes. I didn't...

That's being rectified right now.

Where did you find that spreadsheet? I once looked for Netflix statistics, and found a site connected to Netflix that you had to pay a monthly fee to view them. I later came across an article that said Netflix keeps their viewing statistics secret(Which makes sense).

Voyager does have a lot of re-watch value. It gets criticized for lacking serialized story telling but it's good episodes can be watched again and again.

And it means you can watch any episode you like without having to read a 20 page 'Previously on...'

Hear, hear ... So Voyager is popular after all.
Of course it is ... this show has a heart and a soul no other shows have :):):).

Although I'm a bit surprised that they like ENDGAME so much. Surely SCORPION, DARK FRONTIER, FUTURE'S END or even CARETAKER would have been the winners if I had been asked what I thought the most popular eps were.

Oh well ... the point is that VOY totally rocks. Yay!

VOY is episodic and "Endgame" had heretofore unrivalled effects/story (Future!Janeway and Present!Janeway, transphasic torps, badass starship armor).

ALL of these are great episodes!

I don't agree on number 9, VOY Time and again. I think it's just average, without anything of long-term consequence happening in it, and I am surprised to see it in there with all the other 'blockbuster' episodes I would indeed expect to turn up in such a statistic. Probably it has to do with being placed so early in the VOY series, but if that is it, why isn't Parallax mentioned?

They're the episodes most rewatched straight after by lots of people aren't they? Which can be for a number of reasons. Anything from having really liked it, or got distracted and forget to hit pause. Or Voyager's case, "Is that really how it ended? Erm... it's okay. But surely I must've missed something." <rewatches> "No... no, I didn't. That's a bit disappointing."

Time and Again kind of supports this with a "Did I miss something? Watch it again" thing going on I suspect. I bet all the time travel episodes with a reset are guaranteed to be run again, just to be sure of an opinion.

I must admit I was confused why 'Time and Again' appeared but then I found another article on it. Reading this article, they mention that Netflix disregarded the first two episodes of any of the series because they would be the most watched of all. Especially with people who'd never seen it before (I know - weird right?) Usually after two episodes they've decided whether to stick with it or give it a miss. I presume that Voyager's first-time viewers took a little longer to decide and watched 'Time and Again' as well. (Or they left the room and left Netflix playing...)
