I noticed that as well but they say black female quickly after as if they knew they had to sort of replace that. I think it was just a misspoken line from someone who has never seen any Trek before.

And as much as I wish Majel could some way be part of this show, I'm really glad they didn't do that. Hopefully there will be some kind of reference to her, but we don't need that.
