I just scored the battle damaged TWOK USS Enterprise variant from eBay for under $100. This is not the self-destruct version, but the one that reflects only the damage at the end of TWOK. Only 3000 exist. Pretty pumped!

Today I spotted the Mega Bloks USS Enterprise in TK Maxx for £59.99. Left it in the shop and then changed my mind and headed back shortly afterwards to buy it. Now I've got the box opened its a little bit daunting but it should be fun,

I've been working on the mega bloks enterprise all week in the evenings after work. And I'm still not finished. I did one of the nacelles this evening and I'm pretty impressed that the bussard collector lights up. Very glad I got this.

I've been working on the mega bloks enterprise all week in the evenings after work. And I'm still not finished. I did one of the nacelles this evening and I'm pretty impressed that the bussard collector lights up. Very glad I got this.

How is the weight of the nacelle supported?

They have one big custom made piece for both struts. The struts are literally one piece. It fits onto the top of the engineering hull and has two slots at the top to slide the nacelles downwards onto. Works very well.
