iZombie - Season 3

^Yeah, it was never explained how Harley found the house, as far as I recall.

Also, one thing that bugged me was that the wounded zombie who was dragging himself along the street in that scene with the screaming women (which never had any payoff, so it's odd that the scene was even there) looked to be the same guy who was standing right in front of Harley when he set off the explosives. If all the others in the house were blown to bits, how come the guy right next to the bomb was still half-intact?

I thought there was a scene of him spying on that house somewhere earlier in the season. Maybe my brain made it up, though.

I recall him spying on the house where Clive's friends lived. That's how Liv knew Harley didn't kill them, because she had a vision of him lurking outside at the time of the murders. I don't know if we saw him spying on a different Fillmore-Graves house.

Well that was a shocking season finale. All of a sudden things just changed. Forever. Cool.

Regarding the season as a whole, it is pretty weird how the series just switched from Vivian to Chase Graves. Was there some sort of actor availability issue there?

Major's arc was typically roller-coaster-y. The shit that guys gone through in this show. Clive had some good bits this season, my favorite probably being the germophobe stuff when they were interviewing the flu folks.

I was actually a little disappointed when Liv came back to the morgue looking all pale at the end of the episode, I liked her human look.

I thought that was really weird too. I preferred Vivian as a character over Chase. I found her more interesting.

It was nice that Clive got closure from Wally and Anna's deaths.

I agree. Rose's natural hair is so pretty but they probably want to keep Liv's zombie look.

I've been wondering if that was it, but maybe there were story directions they could take Chase in that wouldn't have worked for Vivian. Sleeping with Liv is the obvious one (although she could've eaten a lesbian's brain, I guess). And Chase being military -- and, as we've seen, able to be pretty ruthless -- makes him a more ambiguous figure, especially going forward into season 4. It's harder to tell whether he's a good guy or a bad guy. There was some of that ambiguity with Vivian, but I think it was a little more clear that she meant well and it would've been harder to create the same uncertainty.

There's also Major's arc. IIRC, Vivian was willing to let Major stay on as a human, but Chase was more adamant about the rules, which forced Major to choose to become a zombie again.
