Definition of plagiarism: an act of copying the ideas or words of another person without giving credit to that person.
They will give credit. They have to, for legal reasons. They also have the license. They're also not "copying" somebody's idea if they're actually changing the look, right?

It's really simple. Whether or not you make up your own definition of plagiarism doesn't really matter to anybody here.
