At first I considered pointing it out when I first linked to the article, but then I figured that out of context it doesn't really gives you much so I didn't mention it. DRG III obviously thought it would have more of an impact, as he seems to be surprised it hasn't made any waves yet. 
What really surprises me, is that Pockets had a pretty easy way to fill up these holes in the release schedule, and that's making an omnibus or two out of the e-novellas we've had. One for the DTI, one for the Quark stories, on for TNG characters (there was a TNG one and a Titan one I believe). Fans have asking for a long time now.
Yeah, I don't understand how those went to Titan either. I mean, as long we get them, it's cool. But still, considering Prometheus should fit with the established Pockets TrekLit universe (which can contradict itself aswell, I know

The problem is that eBook only releases being print do not help eBook only releases. So let's not get these in print.
That's rather backward wouldn't you say, surely if an ebook is released as a physical book than that would be added revenue for Pocket, regardless if it helps the ebooks line or not directly, it allows Pocket to afford more publications, both ebooks and physical alike.
It also helps to get those novels (or is it novellas?) a wider release, drawing more people to them Some people, if they like what they read might just decide to go ahead and check out other e-books, even if they haven't been printed yet.

They've already had plenty of time to make money as e-books, so I don't see what it would hurt to bring them a little extra exposure by releasing print versions too.
That does not make sense.
But there are also some people who started collecting the SCE books in the print domain and have them all the way up to the last two omnibuses that were released in 2010. For SCE there are only 8 novellas left to release in print (the renamed Corps Of Engineers series), and for S&S it would be more profit for them, especially on a series that has been dead for 10 years. (Rememberance of Things Past came out in August 2007). Slings & Arrows was released from October 2007 to March 2008, while we have seen The Struggle Within (2011), Lusts Latinum Lost (And Found) (2014) & Rules Of Accusation (2016). So besides SCE, S&S also has a TNG storyline and a Typhon Pact/DS9 lines that can be published in print. S&S basically has 3 books that it could put into print a lot quicker than getting all new stories.
Or S&S could always go back and print an Omnibus to follow up on These Haunted Seas that contained Cathedral & Lesser Evil from Mission: Gamma, along with maybe Rising Son.

Nonsense. Plenty of people like both formats. Plenty of books sell well in both formats -- indeed, I think some of my own books have sold better in e-book format than they did in print. And even if people like just one format, they're more likely to hear about a book if if gets good publicity, and making it available in as many formats as possible is good for its exposure and sales figures. Most print books these days are also offered as e-books or audiobooks. Plenty of e-book publishers also offer audio editions. We no longer live in an age of single-format publishing.

Yes I looked up Paula M. Block on the S&S site last night and I, Constable wasn't listed then but it is now; well was just a matter of time of course. No story description there (the title does infer has to do with Odo) either yet though but stay tuned it would seem.

Nonsense. People wanting e-books will still pay for them if the books are also released in print. If anything, there are a number of people who will only read paper, so it would only increase income.
I'd like to see some of the e-books like Star trek books like Slings and arrow come out as a book. A lot of the mystery novels I read are featured in various fornats Paperback books , E-book and Audio books. I have a friend who listened to audio books because of vision problems. She was grateful the library has them.
If they want to pull in double dippers they could always throw in some kind extra content. I've got In Tempest's Wake, all of Slings & Arrows, The Struggle Within, and The Stuff of Dreams as e-books, and I would be happy to buy them again in paperback collections if I could get something I didn't get with the e-books.
