Why WOULD "Danny" pay anything?
..................
What landlord in there right mind would pay him anything?
Quite reasonable questions.
I also think of them in my attempts to wade through rhetoric to see reality. What I know, what I proceed from, is decades of knowledge that Business in general spins for perception. As do many to most people for reasons often only ever known to themselves.
To that I add my own researched information on the defendant that shows a long and strong history of the predilection and propensity for obfuscating and dissembling for self-promotion. Which is layered on top of the dozens of times I myself have confirmed the defendant's written, audibly recorded, and filmed words and deeds be denied, then retold to match the new version.
E.g.:
-'I looked around and found the shipping company to had the lowest rates and chose that one.'
-'That shipping company didn't tell me it had raised the rates.'
later...
-'I own and built the shipping company specifically to handle this sale. I have only one employee.'
-'The sale was a big success and everyone was happy.
Which does not reflect the reality that Many people were Not happy, nor the lawsuit brought against him by MGM to recover their hundreds of thousands of dollars from that company lost in that sale, which suit he lost, and promptly declared bankruptcy.
I, personally, have now confirmed over a decade of this type of business and personal behavior repeated over and over. And since I have also found the defendant exhibits a long history of talking publicly and in email/PMs I have found the defendant -he himself in his own words on film/on tape/in print- has been monumentally easy to track and fact check in these types of behaviors.
That is the Lens the defendant has
taught me to look through when I read or hear anything he says or does: 'What of this is real, and to how great an extent?'
So I, like you, find myself asking: Why would landlordDanny do this? What's in it for him? What's the real picture of what's going on?'
To get there one has to search through massive amounts of flotsam.
I
currently 'speculate' this newest announcement indicates there is a behind the scenes business deal in play.
And at least to me, the aftermath is proceeding exactly like the spin I've noted during the lawsuit and about the settlement where one has to wade through all the:
1. It's their fault
2. True Star Trek fans love/want
3. I tried to settle
4. I'm doing this for the fans
5. I didn't do those things I legally testified I did
6. Transparent financials
7. Where's the money
8. Investor Group to the rescue
9. I pay the rent out of my own pocket
10. You sit and m**t to pics of small ****
11. It's Christian's fault
12. Axanar is universally love by Star Trek fans
13. You are a moron
14. 'delete' 'delete'
15. I only get love from fans
........To be able to get even close to the reality.
(That list is documented by me, myself, from the defendant's own words in print, recorded in the official podcast, on video tape, and is a list can literally go on for pages.)
