And the Next Cancelled Show is...

i've just watched the 1st ep it looked interesting.
Anyone here watched the 1st series and if so was it any good?

I was resistant for the first couple weeks, but Incorporated was a must watch by the end.

All the times someone got their ear cut off alone is worth the ride. :)

They really built that world.

Big Bang should've ended three seasons ago. Sheldon has at least shown growth as a character (although I in no way want a prequel around him). The rest of the cast are pretty much the same characters. It's flat. They've gone back to the well too many times for the same jokes.

I watched Big bang season 1 and 2 and 3 and after that I just left it there and couldn't bring myself to watch any more. I felt I had seen enough.

I'm kind of curious where the thing with the Air Force that the guys have been working on is going to lead. A part of me wondered, when Colonel Williams showed up, if he was Howard's long lost father. The Colonel's initial awkward approach towards him in particular gave me that feeling when he was introduced, but later episodes have started pushing me away from that theory.

Gyroscopes are typically used for inertial guidance systems in which a magnetic compasse would not work. That usually means space or undersea travel, and it could be used for both weapon and non-weapon purposes. My optimistic guess (based upon the tone of the tv show) would be that their project could be used in an effort dedicated to colonizing mars.

Am enjoying it so how about we don't cancel it for the millions who still watch it. TBBT gets what, 12 million live viewers in the U.S, never mind catch up n worldwide audience. I was getting ready for it to end next season so I am surprised it got a 2 year pickup and I will treasure every moment, I love the characters.

The time for the father storyline would of been after the death of his mum. I feel they are never going to introduce us to his father.

Yeah, I still enjoy TBBT.

They need to do something with Raj, though.

Also, WTF is with their clothing? They're all (except Penny) constantly dressed like they're in Wisconsin or something. They live in Pasadena! I grew up there, and the temperature is always between 60-90 degrees. Leonard always has a jacket on, and Raj wears like four (mismatched) layers. No one wears shorts?? I call BS on that.
