This was uploaded to YouTube today: Kirk and Spock beam down to a planet and are turned into cats. It’s so bad, it’s good
For a moment there I thought this was the new name for Axanar! Maybe this is Alec's required court ordered production
Oh dear, this really made my day! I started to laugh like the emoticon above when I heard the Meeow-meeow-meeow title song. This is so good that it could have been a great TOS episode.
I do have a few criticisms with this fan film: 1. This is set after TWOK, yet the bridge of the Enterprise 1701-A is a TOS bridge! The uniforms are also TOS. I NEED CONTINUITY, PEOPLE! 2. This fan film is over 17 minutes long. The fan film guidelines clearly state that is can be no more the 15 minutes long. Hopefully CBS won’t sue them. 3. It is well established in canon that Spock was a vegetarian. How is he going to survive as a cat? This is something which this film should have explained. I do not want to have to use my imagination at all, thank you very much. 4. This fan film has established yet another timeline separate to the Prime and Kelvin universes where Kirk and Spock continue on as cats. As a TRUE Star Trek fan I am only interested in Prime universe stories. 5. When the cat lifted up its tail I could see Captain Kirk’s anus, which is something I don't want to see in a fan film. Otherwise the rest of this film was absolutely fine! Best fan film ever. Edit: This is the kind of thing I post when I have drunk to much Dr. Pepper - Very Sorry.
I always knew deep down Kirk and Spock were pussies! [Sorry - too big an opening to resist -- and I just realized that could be seen as a pun itself here too - sorry. )
Spoiler: Warning: Bad Joke What Axanar and Catastrophe do have in common is that they both have arse holes which appear on screen Spoiler: Warning: Very Bad Joke Are you sure that is the best emoji to have next to the phrase "too big an opening to resist"?
IDK - once they had the cats dressed up, it looks like BOTH cats had no issues lounging on a piece of carpet, or in/on the chairs at the end. They both appeared VERY mellow cats.
This is outrageous! CBS has just ripped of this fan film, by releasing a new book where all the Enterprise crew are cats http://www.startrek.com/article/feline-fine-about-star-trek-cats
