I'm thinking she's part of a line of engineering test-bed vessels - USS Hackwrench being the second in the class.300 meter-ish? hmm, that is refit Connie sized then, I guess she's less a long range explorer and more the the kind of ship to rely on when there's trouble closer to home/starbase, solve little disputes, hunt pirates, escort science vessels and so on.![]()
This guy was a combatant of the Earth-Cardassian War. So yeah, what you said300 meter-ish? hmm, that is refit Connie sized then, I guess she's less a long range explorer and more the the kind of ship to rely on when there's trouble closer to home/starbase, solve little disputes, hunt pirates, escort science vessels and so on.![]()
???SS Hackwrench
Thanks!nice work Atolm
The cartoon mouse in an engineering jumpsuit in the logo for Kaiser Shipyards that @Kaiser puts on his designs is Gadget Hackwrench - sort of a Scotty equivalent, but for Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers.

There are many possibilities, but this is what I opted for in order for this ship to be this ship.I had a friend who had a similar design--from the old Electronic TMP toy with the low nacelle placement socket.
He called it the Monterey Jack
One possibility. Keep the lower nacelle mount--but have some move up and to the sides--with naceles above the saucer. Keeps the eye moving
you mean the bridge interior? I can draw a lay out, but I don't usually design interior bridges, unless I have to.I was wondering, @Atolm: are you perhaps going to make a bridge for her?
okay...here' the layout...now built it...lolYou know what? Surprise me. I'm curious what kind of lay out this vessel has :-)
