Whatever happened to the Enterprise Restoration Documentary?

I could have sworn that earlier this year around the time that the newly restored Enterprise was getting ready to be unveiled to the public that I read something about a documentary being filmed about the whole restoration process. I know there have been a few snippets of videos here and there but I haven't seen any documentary about it. Was I imagining things or is something still in the works?

There was "Building Star Trek", which I expected to offer details about the restoration of the Enterprise filming model at NASM and the helm and navigation console at EMP, but which really boiled down to "before and after" shots, otherwise containing a lot of what I considered "filler".

I wonder why this wasn't released on Blu Ray. Seems pretty lame to only release it on DVD

More expensive mastering/authoring process might have made it not financially sensible enough for the suits? There have also been various TV series that only got DVD releases and not blu-ray, even though they were originally shown in HD! :(
