I'm enjoying this series mainly because it's fun. It's not an amazing series or extremely thought provoking. It's mostly just fun, which is OK. I do enjoy seeing the different time periods in a show that, apparently, has a decent budget. The changes in the time line are also fun, such as the "new" James Bond movie! The deeper changes like her sister and fiance are interesting as well.
There are a few things that are getting a bit old. Both teams (good and bad) go back in time and they have one mission on how to affect history. If the good team can stop the bad team, they both apparently just return to the present. Why not have alternate plans? The bad team can do anything in the past just to mess up the future. If they want to impose a constraint that seems realistic, I suppose the bad team is interested in only certain types of the present. That limits what they will do, but not to quite the same degree as the good team who decidedly wants to minimize any changes at all.
I guess my point is that the series paints the two teams on almost equal footing. The bad team goes to the past and the good team just has to respond. The bad team does have a bit of advantage by choosing the when and where and getting to start first. However, "in reality", the good team is at a huge disadvantage, larger than the one that is portrayed. The bad team is more free to commit general mayhem whereas the good team is much more constrained. There are glimpses of that, but . . .
Any, how many times will there be a reason to not shoot Flynn, even though they're always running into each other. And, if Flynn wants to work with Lucy, why not just tell her about it!
I'm pretty sure that Anthony is Lucy's father. That seems very likely.
