Well, no ... not as such. I simply consider these exceptions to be "out of character" moments. Imagine the famous scene in STAR TREK IV, with Spock and the punk on the bus. What if it had been a girl, instead? Would he be so eager to pinch her? I seriously doubt that ... I just can't see it. What he would do, probably, is just smash it with his superior Vulcan strength, right on her lap. There would be smoke coming out of it and "zap! zap!" sound effects, as we hear the music slow down and get all gurgly ... but he wouldn't have pinched her, out of courtesy to her gender.Did you miss these two posts?
I'm sure Spock would find such gender based courtesy to be illogical.Well, no ... not as such. I simply consider these exceptions to be "out of character" moments. But how do you know that she's going to do that if you'd never been to Kolanda before?

I do wonder what the Assignment Earth TV series would have been like. Even if you didn't know it was a back-door pilot, it doesn't feel like a Star Trek story.
"I am for you, johnny bear. I want to touch you."

I'd probably have been stupid enough to let her touch me too, Spock! I never could resist a beauty like Lee Meriwhether!

Still makes no sense for Spock, no matter what version. It just seemed an easy enough task, giving her boombox an efficient, Vulcanian karate chop ... thus restoring peace and tranquility in the back of the bus. The Punk Girl would then faint in shock at the smouldering remains. But then, again ... this IS the NEW Spock we're talking about, here. The one who returned from the grave ... with a penchant for liberal use of colourful metaphors. So, maybe Spock: Mach II would employ the neckpinch ... but under protest and with great reluctance.
