Well, no ... not as such. I simply consider these exceptions to be "out of character" moments. Imagine the famous scene in STAR TREK IV, with Spock and the punk on the bus. What if it had been a girl, instead? Would he be so eager to pinch her? I seriously doubt that ... I just can't see it. What he would do, probably, is just smash it with his superior Vulcan strength, right on her lap. There would be smoke coming out of it and "zap! zap!" sound effects, as we hear the music slow down and get all gurgly ... but he wouldn't have pinched her, out of courtesy to her gender.
I'm sure Spock would find such gender based courtesy to be illogical.
But how do you know that she's going to do that if you'd never been to Kolanda before?

Just my opinion, but it would have been just another failed GR project, similar to 'Planet Earth' and 'Genesis II'.

I'd probably have been stupid enough to let her touch me too, Spock! I never could resist a beauty like Lee Meriwhether!

She is indeed but she never looked better than here as Losira, as Ann McGregor in The Time Tunnel and of course as the sexy Cat Woman in the Batman movie of 1966!

What the hell are you talking about?
Spock would never pull a stunt like that, especially not in front of a bus full of passengers. If the punk had been a woman, Spock would have nerve pinched her too. It's got nothing to do with gender, but everything to do with ending the situation peacefully. That's why Nimoy invented the nerve pinch in the first place: It's harmless, non-violent, and not likely to arise a lot of questions. Of course Spock is capable of being violent, but not illogically so. And unleashing a torrent of abuse like you proposed, in front of dozens of innocent bystanders, is most definitely illogical. It could have gotten somebody hurt or killed. It would have drawn attention of the police. There's literally no reason to act like that.
It just seemed an easy enough task, giving her boombox an efficient, Vulcanian karate chop ... thus restoring peace and tranquility in the back of the bus. The Punk Girl would then faint in shock at the smouldering remains. But then, again ... this IS the NEW Spock we're talking about, here. The one who returned from the grave ... with a penchant for liberal use of colourful metaphors. So, maybe Spock: Mach II would employ the neckpinch ... but under protest and with great reluctance.
Still makes no sense for Spock, no matter what version.

This was one of TOS' better episodes. Gary Seven's catwoman is the only spanner in the works. I'm very agreeable to having magic in STAR TREK, but her turning into a cat, though ... what purpose does that serve? For dusting under the bed? Anyway, Roberta's fascination with everything was quite endearing and very charming. The contrast of that with the "just another day at the office" attitudes of the space travelers was very welcome. Lt. Barclay from TNG should've been another Roberta Lincoln, instead. The character would've played so much better and been far less annoying than what we actually got ...
