It's January already? I can't even remember the football season.

Shit, I've been smoking to much pot. I gotta straighten up.

Good news, there's going to be a big trailer for Alien:Covenant next week in the Super Bowl!

It was out of this world! Hit it out of the ballpark! People are gonna be talking about it for the next 300 years!

I chose "Average", and that's being kind.

To use "Spock's Brain" as the event mentioned in The Original Series and not even have a character's brain removed is simply inexcusable, not to mention making that only one thread of a convoluted and tangled plot.

The scene where we first see the ship is grand enough, reminiscent of TMP's reveal of the Enterprise. However, seeing men on the hull putting the final plating on with hammers and wood finishing nails was a little off-putting.

Beyond that, the visuals were good, when I saw them the first time in My Mother, The Car.

I would say, overall, my investment in CBS All Access was worth it, seeing the pilot being at the same level of euphoria when I saw the first episode of "Home Improvement".

My suggestion to improve the series, for one, would be to get rid of the viewscreen effect of a curtain parting to the 20th Century Fox fanfare each time the Captain wants to see what's out there, and maybe we'll have a series.

I didn't realize that happened so early in the show, I thought it was towards the end after Ron Howard left.
I liked the part where they did that thing.
Lieutenant, do the thing.
