While I don't see this as a potential refit, it is a neat looking ship!

Really good.

I'd just change the neck and the nacelle pylons. I'd put the neck in the center of saucer section, and make it circular, and change the pylon with something nearer to TMP enterprise

I love it! Though to be honest, I like your first drawing the best. The secondary hull is pushed back a little bit compared to your latter versions, and I think that does a great deal to help the ship feel more visually balanced. And I think the nacelles could be less huge at the front. Other than that, I think it's a very cool ship. I actually like it better than most of the official ships.
