Someone just wrote this on the Facebook Roddenberry page.

It seemed like they tried to toss them out of their own panel for live streaming Hall H may make this impossible - even if Bryan Fuller was doing it himself. They security people have a very regimented set of rules and no autonomy of knowledge to be flexible with them.
