He actually did unintentionally kill several of Penguin's henchmen when they popped like balloons at the slightest touch because they were accidentally rehydrated with heavy water.

By accident, when he and Robin punched the Penguin goons (Pengoons?) reconstituted by heavy water, and they disappeared into an antimatter universe. Though whether that constitutes death is unclear. There was also the henchman accidentally catapulted into the arms of the Penguin's giant exploding octopus, but I don't think Batman was responsible for that.
I hadn't noticed Harley's Puddin necklace before the portrait.
I also noticed in the new HD pictures IGN posted yesterday, that Harley doesn't have the upside down leg tattos in the scene where she's wearing gold dress with the Joker, so it looks might have been right about her doing them herself in Arkham.

Looking at opening around the $125m weekend mark.
Seems that bad taste that everyone got in their mouth after watching BvS has done little to harm this flicks chances.

Wow, I'm surprised to see it that high. I wouldn't have expected it to do that well after the lukewarm reception BvS received from critics and fans, and the fact that this is a less well known property. It does at least have Harley, Joker and Batman, but we haven't seen much of Batman in the marketing, and I wasn't sure if Joker and Harley would really be that much of a draw without a big role for Bats.
Nothing like a string of other mediocre films to make you forget one that debuted back in the Spring.
