its that alan rickman? this is not my favourite star trek species in appearance, in beyond the design and make up is a bit over the top compared to Dr Lazerus.

I'm afraid it's not Gatt. It's a bald purple alien with a tiny second face on his forehead. There was a close-up picture at the fan event.
