No really, she was carving her initials on the moose with the sharpened end of an interspace toothbrush
We apologize for the fault in the posts of this thread. Those responsible have been labelled "haters" and sacked.

His mom doesn't send him to bed. She wakes him up to watch Star Trek.LFIM reminds me of one of the kids from the ST episode Miri yelling bonk bonk on the head, bonk bonk, bonk bonk on the head. What time does LFIM's mom send him to bed? Soon I hope.

Kharn roast preferred.
This reminds me: was anyone else underwhelmed by the packaging/presentation of the Axanar coffee? With such a ludicrous concept, I expected them to go all out instead of slapping a sticker on a generic plastic bag.KHARN!!!!!! KHARN!!!!!

I figured they'd just price it like those modeling kits. But Axanar has too much integrity for that. That costs THEM more money - and they want everything for Alec's salar,,,err, the Axanar production![]()
It's parody, protected speech. We just went through this.Thread has devolved into "entertaining" crap and frivolity.
Can you take it to The Neutral Zone instead of doing it here, please? Otherwise, I may have to police you more if you can't police yourselves.
"You wanted to see if you could post something, but you didn't stop to ask yourselves if you *should* post something."
That's an insult to actual film and television productions. A talk about a non-existent YouTube video from the producer who is being sued by the copyright holders. And in other Axanar news, the Denver Comic Con Panel is listed as "educational" on the Pop Culture Classroom download. I have a different view of "educational" than they do.

Probably not much - response to the counterclaim is due on the 13th, as I recall.A question then about the lawsuit!
With settlement talks apparently in progress, would there be any talks taking place over the weekend?
I guess we'll see just how much the lawsuit is 'going away' on Monday (or whenever the response shows on Pacer.)Probably not much - response to the counterclaim is due on the 13th, as I recall.
Hope you are back to normal operating condition or a reasonable facsimile thereof. You guys are lucky I wasn't feeling well and was mostly offline the last two days. I was thinking of shutting the thread at 999 just for the outrage.![]()
What would be the odds that CBS/Paramount abandons this whole lawsuit mess and simply states that you can make all the fan Trek films you wish, just don't post it on any type of electronic/ social media or distribute though the mail.
That would still leave the Trek in the Park untouched.
It might be a task on smaller video sites but it seems you only have to give Youtube notice and it becomes Youtube problem to deal with. That would be such an impossible task for Paramount/CBS to keep a track of, I don't think they'd be willing to put in the amount of time necessary to watch for this stuff.
