Nope - Pacer is just a public facing database. Not everything will show up there - and it actually may be a couple of days behind. The addition of the Does needs to be filed with the court on 6/8/16. When it shows up on Pacer is after the court clerk actually has the time to enter it into the system - so that could be up to a day or two after that date that it would actually show in Pacer.So, any PACER announcement on Doe names would have to be posted by end of business Wednesday?
