So, any PACER announcement on Doe names would have to be posted by end of business Wednesday?
Nope - Pacer is just a public facing database. Not everything will show up there - and it actually may be a couple of days behind. The addition of the Does needs to be filed with the court on 6/8/16. When it shows up on Pacer is after the court clerk actually has the time to enter it into the system - so that could be up to a day or two after that date that it would actually show in Pacer.

hmmm... There's an interesting few words .... now what might one infer from........

Wait. No, on second thought you were more likely just showing how fast it would be to recover from losing all one's data if it's backed up?

Oops, I just realized what you were asking. I mean a month to get the system up and running, from the start. Recovery should take a day if that.

Seriously. I realize data may need to be scrubbed and that can take some time. But in the meantime, just from an expectations management standpoint, get at least some of it to work so that it is gone and done. E. g. if the German addresses are giving the system fits, work on that as time is available but, in the meantime, send out the stuff for French fans. And send out a communication telling people there will be a delay and this is why. I get that they did some communications, but those were vague and it's been a while since there were any of them, as I recall. It does not have to be long. It can be more like - we are working on the issues with the German addresses, and we are really sorry for the delay. We have written to Kickstarter again for a better file. If you are a German fan, and you have an alternate address outside of the country, make sure to add it to your account and we'll see if we can expedite things. Thanks for your patience!

No, this IS a small endeavor. It is a baby's teething ring's resistance to being chewed. It is wiping a speck of dust off your phone. It is checking whether both of the identical items on the store shelf have the same price. Techwise, the above project doesn't qualify as anything but some trivial data cleanup and kindergarten querying.

"Its so challenging", sponsored by the people who feel they are the best equipped on all the Earth to tell the story of fleets of starships

Aint no donor gonna sniff their way to seeing past that one. :guffaw::guffaw::guffaw::guffaw::guffaw::guffaw::guffaw:
