A good comedic moment between Spock and McCoy

As some of you may remember, I've been working a Star Trek season one video project (which is thankfully almost done). One thing I want to put in (that I totally didn't even think of until near the end of the process) is a good comedic moment between Spock and McCoy that's funny but also highlights their differing approaches towards life, Spock going the logical route and McCoy the more emotional track. Please keep in mind that the moment has to be 30 seconds or less. Any help here would be much appreciated. Please and thank you! :)

Their sickbay conversation in Conscience of the King when McCoy offers Spock a drink, then go on to discuss Lenore Karidian. That might have what you need.

It's too bad you can't pull from anywhen it the TOS/TOS movie era. The conversations between Spock and McCoy in STIV, especially the ones about the only place to find humpback whales and Spock dying and being resurrected would fit the bill rather well.

I'm, unfortunately, already using that later in the video. It's so much later in the video (near the end) that I really need another clip that establishes their bickering earlier on for those who may no nothing about Star Trek.

Yes, definitely, but, as you said, I can't really use footage from there since I'm, for the moment, just focusing on the first season. I will keep that in mind, though, when I, in about 800 years, get to the fourth movie.

In "The Immunity Syndrome" there's a goofy clip that always puts a wry smile on my face:

Spock's on the shuttle, playing martyr, inside of a giant amoeba. Standing beside Kirk on the bridge of the Enterprise, Bones shouts at him, over the airwaves, "shut up, Spock! We're rescuing you!" Then we see Spock getting all uppity, throwing in the zinger, "why, thank you ... 'Captain' McCoy." In text, the joke falls flat, but it's just played in a silly way that you can't help but smirk, because of it.

There's a three-way in Galileo Seven..

SCOTT: Mister Spock, you said a while ago that there were always alternatives.
SPOCK: Did l? I may have been mistaken.
MCCOY: Well, at least I lived long enough to hear that. ...

I had no memory of that exchange, but I literally laughed out loud reading it. Don't know if I'll use it for the video, but thank you for sharing it.

The best (non-comedic) exchange between McCoy and Spock was mostly left on the cutting room floor in TWOK, when they were debating the merits of genesis. It was spliced back into the ABC version.
