Hey, just noticed something:

He's a DreamWorks character!
The problem being of course, that Alec Peters is nowhere near as clever - or charming - as Billy Flynn.
Someone told me that he had announced in the Star Trek Prop and Costume forum that his collection was now owned or controlled by a trust, and that he would be selling much of it off. This was a few weeks ago I think.Alec's history of collecting a large amount of very valuable props could be of interest to C/P should there be significant damages awarded. I'm guessing they comprise the bulk of his net worth at this point, and may well be worth far more than the studio assets.

Thank you for your kind support.
It's not so much Peters, as it is his Lawyers... and they are just grasping at straws I think, drawing this out as long as possible, to create time for settlement negotiations before stuff gets expensive with Discovery....Right? It's amazing that Peters thinks that this kind of alleged sleight of hand (and I use the term extremely generously, lol) will work.
