Plus he seems smarter than the usual Luthor in that he figured out who both Batman and Superman really are.
There is, in fact, a deleted scene in which Fury gives Natasha the Nano mask.
Warner's is reported to be doing reshoots to up the fun factor in Suicide Squad. If that is the result of BvS, that it causes the rest of the movies to lighten up some, I'm ok with that.

Meh, if it's true - and birthmoviesdeath is particularity butthurt over BvsS, rivalling even @Christopher - that's too bad.
To me that would be the one movie you need to be on the dark side of things.
As I've mentioned in the Suicide Squad thread, this is not a reaction to BvS.
Reshoots are planned well in advance, you can't just come up with a few jokes and have the sets, cast and crew immediately available the next day for shooting.
On the other hand I find I perfer the comic book bad guys (or really just the bad guys in general) that enjoy what they do for a living. And these guys strike as crazy enough to do just that.
Batman seems to kill people in all the good film incarnations so I don't get where people are coming from with that one.
I would have given Lex or Wonder Woman mores scenes and additional length to the movie.
Michael Keaton's batman kicked that guy off the tower & killed the Joker, Bale's batman let Liam Neeson & Harvey Dent die, and I'm sure some of the goons died from severe injury.

I've never liked the fact that Batman kills in the movies. It is kind of fundamental to all incarnations of his character that he doesn't kill. It actually would have been nice to see him in the rescue scene choosing not to kill at the end. The choosing not to brand Lex was a nice touch and that Batman scene at the end was one of the best Batman scenes I've seen on film.

I'm still tossing up whether to see this or wait for the home video....
I'm not expecting greatness, but OTOH the last decade of supposedly "great" superhero movies have seemed pretty mediocre to me, so I don't imagine I'll be too disappointed.
The thing about Zack Snyder:
1. He needs a strong producer to reign him in and impose discipline; he generally doesn't get that.
2. Despite being attached to big projects, I'd say he is fundamentally not a mainstream director.
I'm not expecting greatness, but OTOH the last decade of supposedly "great" superhero movies have seemed pretty mediocre to me, so I don't imagine I'll be too disappointed.
