Gravity

I liked Tom and B'Elanna's courtship but once they were together, I really do feel that B'Elanna got lost as a character. From ballsy, confident, independent woman to depressed, conventional, nagging (where is this relationship going) needy wife.

I didn't care for that. Seven's dominance in the show obviously contributed to that too. She took the role of Janeway's foil away from B'Elanna.

The episodes about their relationship bored me to death. Sorry.

That's ok. Every aspect of the show can't appeal to everyone. Every other relationship in Star Trek bored me. Riker/Troi? Didn't care. Jadzia/Worf? Didn't care. Odo/Kira. Really really did not care. The most I can say about Miles and Keiko is that they were ok.

Not that I am a hardcore Paris/Torres shipper but they at least blend into the rest of the show for me. There is no 'Oh crap. Them again?' reaction.

I agree about Torres as being one of the ones 'demoted' by the arrival of Seven.

I liked Worf/Jadzia but I tend to agree. The best relationships in Star Trek were the friendships. Kirk/Spock/Bones, Geordi/Data, Miles/Julian and so on.

No, because I'm manly, rugged and rough and have a disturbingly hairy man-arse.

But I do love the episode and enjoyed the time displacement aspect. Lori Petty was perfect as Noss and she managed to be both vulnerable and strong in equal measure not to mention sexy and weirdly convincing as an alien.

Tuvok was the ideal character for the story too. Vulcans fall in love in just the right intense way.

The spiders were good too.

So, in other words, you reacted to it in every way, but crying. Very impressive.

I thought the Tom/B'Elanna relationship was one of the best developed relationships in Trek. I wasn't bored by it.

Tom/Kes would have been significantly better.:techman:

Ezri/Bashir?

Ezri/Bashir?

Tom and Kes is one the few 'alternative time line' relationships I have no problem with...as long as it stays in that other future. ;)

I forgot about Ezri/Bashire. We are rewatching DS9 again so I'll pay more attention to them this time around and see what side of the line they fall on.
