Definitely a pretty fun and wacky episode, even if it felt completely out of character from the earlier episodes.
And unfortunately I still can't shake this vague feeling of "been there, done that" while watching the show, like we're just seeing some kind of Greatest Hits of the X-Files instead of something that is actually trying to re-energize the show in a cool and bold new way.

The X-Files ring tone was a terrific touch ; I also like how the Scully subduction scene was so over the top cheesy that it complemented the the humour of the episode perfectly rather then just come across as titillation .
