Spoilers The Flash - Season 2

Impulse (Barry's grandson from the 30th/31st century) could remember speed read data, which made Wally feel like half a Flash.

If you could tag him with something the size of a tea saucer, it'd be easier to put a bullet right through him.

Notice how while Harry was admitting stuff, he neglected to say "Oh, and I killed Turtle by the way."

Also, earlier, why was he explaining out loud to himself his murder of Turtle when there was no lock on the door, and the door was open and anyone could have come into that lab to hear his confession, which Barry did do only seconds too late to hear a complete run down on how the Chief had to be punished for siding with a Cylon over his own kind.

It takes less than a second to consider using it on Zoom.

I'm sure that they've all thought about it.

But unless they can speed up the suck, it's a terrible weapon.

A few episodes ago, when Turtle was still alive, or last week, the plan was to use the Turtle "somehow" to help them slow down Zoom, so that plan was already on the table.

You know they're not very smart, right?

I figured out that they had some alarming deficits, when they invented the super sonic punch to beat a bad guy, or when Barry asked "How fast do I have to run to run up the side of a building?" and they tried to figure it out on paper for a few seconds, until one of them said "As fast as you can Barry!"

I don't see the advertising, by examining the products being sold during episodes of the Flash, you can figure out how smart the intended audience is, and that's to the level which the authors have dumbed down every episode, so what is the advertising like?

Are they attempting to sell selfy-sticks, or anything caked in glitter?

Here's an idea. Harry Wells could have just stolen Eobard Thawne's speed last week instead of doing it to Barry this episode.

Harry couldn't do that without messing up the timeline.

It's an interesting dynamic they've created, really. Eobard is going to continue to attack Barry as we progress forward, but Barry now knows that he has to hold back and never totally defeat Thawne or else time will break. Barry's goal with Eobard can only ever be to run him off back to the future.

It'd be useless with videos, which don't play sound in fast-forward, and I'm not sure a computer screen or e-reader could refresh fast enough.
I'm sure that Cisco could rig something up if Barry wanted to do his Data impression.

He only retains speed learned information in his short term memory.

Half an hour and it's gone.

To help wells, Barry has to reread that book at super speed every twenty minutes, for no matter how many months he needs to use that knowledge to help him be a better scientist.

Or, Barry could just read the book once at regular speed over the course of a long weekend, if he can ever find some time where meta humans ain't trying to break him.

Its been two years now, do you think they will ever fix the outside of the building?
One of my favorite Flash things int he comic was when he and another speedster would talk at super speed. Hopefully once Jay is repowered or Wally gets some speed that can happen.
Tarpit was as lame on screen as he was in the comic. Who next Colonel Computron? Goldface? The Eradicator?

CBS’ Supergirl will meet The CW’s The Flash, when the DC Comics series pull off an internetwork crossover this spring.
Storyline details have not yet been disclosed, but Grant Gustin‘s speedster will make tracks for Supergirl and join forces with Melissa Benoist’s Girl of Steel on Monday, March 28, CBS announced on Wednesday.

“We are so incredibly excited to announce something that we have dreamed of happening since we starting making Supergirl,” Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg, who are executive producers on both series, said in a statement. “We want to thank Grant Gustin for making the time to come visit (on top of his already immense workload) and all of the folks at CBS, The CW, Warner Bros. and DC for working this out.

i'm totally excited about it... even though it's just 1 episode, our family also watches Supergirl.

I am interested to see if they are the same or different universes... I think they've made it vague enough so far that it could be either / or.

I wouldn't mind if they made Supergirl a part of the same universe, but I don't think they will because a bunch of people on the interwebs will whine "how come Superman was never mentioned in the Arrowverse before?"

Yeh because it would be stupid that Superman has never been seen or even mentioned if the Arrow/Flash verse. Until the Flash the world at large seem to be unaware of any super power beings and Superman counts as SUPER hence the name. Keeping them separate in a different Earth separate from Earth 1 or 2 is the best way to go.
