CBS/Paramount sues to stop Axanar

Alec says some kind of paper work has been completed that he's very happy with.

Y'know, this is just downright cruel for all the people who are dying to see this movie made -- the ones who still believe in Peters.

He's dangling hope in front of them, and then he'll just snatch it away again.

"Great news! We've rented a second facility in Canada! Being a professional production, we needed access to the Canadian talent pool, and now we'll have it!"

"But Alec... what about the lawsuit?"

"We're talking to top men! TOP MEN, I TELL YOU!"

If they're leaving the country, better off choosing a place that is financially favorable to shooting films AND it doesn't have an extradition agreement with the United States.
