Not to worry. We're hard at work on the "Prelude to the Axanar Litigation BBS Thread" short film. All we need is to raise $100,000 and we can begin preproduction by 2017!

I would support you but I have given all my money to the "let's rebuild the Star Trek 1 Enterprise" project already, sorry.
I think a summary of this thread would be cool. For those, who don't have the time to read it all.
1. CBS has sued Axanar.
That sums it up? One could add a reason perhaps.

Will our future ape overlords enjoy it, I wonder?

You have not experienced Shakespeare until you have read him in the original Axanarian.

Do you get cable? It might be on the Comedy Channel. Will there be a public trial with a jury? I have seen a picture of Matlock in the thread. Someone from us could go and make notes. I live a little too far I guess but it would be cool. Or will the trial be on youtube?
With that said, I'm noticing CBS is a Delaware corporation. I understand it's not as restrictive as California. For example, I made a corporation years ago, also set in Delaware because of the less restrictive policies, but had to close it down due to not having income for the company...and still learning the ropes on how to get my foot in the door of the film/tv biz. (A production company wasn't needed at that point).
