Yeah, he was pretty keen to throw every other fan production under the bus, too.

Tony Todd pretty much carpet-bombed the production in a series of tweets after someone asked him to throw support behind Axanar publicly.

I'm no convinced either that they didn't see this coming. Yet, I can see a series of events where the Hollywood Reporter got a hold of the court documents before Peters was properly served.

When I was a newspaper reporter, I'd regularly scan the court records for anything new that had been filed in the hopes of a story. Sometimes documents are filed before someone is actually served.

Stupidity on this level indicates they still haven't spoken to an attorney. Have they already given up? Does Peters think he can defend it in pro per? He seems arrogant enough to believe that he could.


Looking at The Wrap's old article, Peters says CBS can't come after him due to the power of angry fans. I wonder if that was the exact moment CBS realized they have nothing to lose. :lol:
 
New Voyages. He got his start with them and just filmed some Axanar vignettes with their crew. Will they ever see the light of day now?
