^ The black, white and blue flag is my favorite, just as it is. I think that the darker blue would look very drab with black.
Jamaica, Germany, Egypt, Belgium, and many other countries would beg to differ.
This seems like a weird way to perform a count. Surely they should have waited for all the ballots to be ready before starting? Especially in a preferential ballot situation where the order of elimination can change the final result.
Just because the colour appears on flags, doesn't mean it belongs there. There is also a distinction between using the colour sparingly as some form of accent, or having it be one third of the flag - ugh!

I'd've thought that the mere fact that nations select black to be on their national flags literally proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that it does in fact belong on them.
