66 is way too young, and also, fuck cancer.

She was a gorgeous woman we didn't get to see in nearly enough roles.

"Angel One", admittedly, not one of my Favorite episodes, but I did and do admire the Lady for her contribution and body of work.

May she find the Ultimate Planet to write and relax and get the services as she likes! ;)

I saw "Angel One" a few weeks ago and I wondered what ever happened to her.

RIP

I really only knew Karen Montgomery as "Mistress Beata," but she was extremely beautiful, very charming, and completely memorable in that role. In her living years, I was always very surprised that she wasn't allowed to take on another character in TNG, much as Michelle Forbes had, and maybe become Riker's permanent woman on the ship, somehow. I thought they looked great together and had nice chemistry, certainly. I don't make a habit out of watching "Angel One," but Montgomery always steals the show and makes me glad I watched. I'm sorry she's gone. I really am. We just keep losing all of these wonderful entertainers ...
