Agents of SHIELD: Season 3 - Discussion (SPOILERS LIKELY)

Maybe the ancient HYDRA leader is the Red Skull, transported back in time by the cube. I doubt they'll go there, but....

That would actually be Cool. I agree with the, but....

...but, Red Skull is not an Inhuman. Didn't they say it was an inhuman?
Unless Red Skull was transported into Kree space back in time and actually gave the Kree the very idea to experiment on humans in the first place and became their template?

Wow, you can really make this convoluted if you want to, can you? :rommie:

Lower-case "I", loss in translation, playing post office over centuries/millennia...plenty of ways for that to happen. He certainly would have seemed "inhuman" with his Super-Soldier abilities and knowledge from the future. And maybe he led a group of Inhumans.

But again, I doubt they'll go there.

If the Red Skull was Inhuman, how would that have jibed with the bosses Master Race philosophy?

Actually what if the fuhrer was Inhuman Royalty, and that's what he was really talking about when he claimed to being into superiority?

(Dolphy's superpower was being short.)

If the orb in GotG was a guide, then an average person would have died, but the Red Skull probably did not. He was far stronger than a normal person.

For what it's worth, Jane Foster was infected by the aether and survived for best part of a day (or two?), so obviously not all of the stones react the same way.

Not that I think that thing on the planet is the Red Skull. The power sets simply don't match, even if there was time travel involved. Which it almost certainly wasn't since he was sent somewhere by the Space Stone. The Time Stone hasn't even showed up yet.

That thing on the planet is either a shape shifter or a mind-controller/influencer. Not sure how the dust storms figure into it. Telekinetic perhaps? Which interestingly would mean it would have the same power set as Scarlet Witch.

That'd be fucking amazing, if the creature lurking off in the distance on AoS was the Red Skull.

Hugo is affordable?

Sif owes them a favour, borrow the tesseract.

Although... Heimdall could just send them straight there to Planet Hell without fucking around.

If he were the Red Skull, I'd expect that he'd be transformed enough by his experiences to be recast.

So is Not Magneto somebody we should know from the comics?

Mr. Giyera is apparently an original character.

And it seems appropriate that the actor who played the Chairman on Iron Chef America is playing someone with the superpower to manipulate cutlery. Although I have to wonder -- if he tortured Jemma badly enough to make her scream that much, even after being toughened by her exile, how come she only has a scratch on one cheek and nothing else?

I thought he was going to cut off a few fingers.

So, did Ward assign code names to the team before they went through?

O'neill, Teal'c, Carter, Jackson, Kawalski?
