At about 0:40, they seem to rehearse (or are filming) a rescue operation. Since they are running from the ship, it's safe to assume it just crashed, and thus hasn't been there for a while. But it seems strange that the ship is so weather-beaten. Perhaps it's been spending too much time at the bottom of the ocean...

Still not digging the revised tunics — the cut is just too square and rigid, like the later TNG uniforms.

I mean it does look like a rescue operation is underway, and we don't know what green screen magic is associated with that scene, but if it just crashed, wouldn't the area be even more of a mess than it is? With heavy smoke and dust in the air and even more bits of debris strewn about and dust and such thick on the ground? Again, maybe that's going to be put in with movie magic, but as is, the scene looks too "clean" for a ship that just crashed.

Damn confusing, really.

That cake is all wrong.

First of all, Captain's don't where gold uniforms like that. Secondly, clearly the wrong era that he is supposed to be making. Finally, this clearly indicates that the film is a fake

Maybe not that, but I also feel a vibe that people may be congregating for some kind of ceremony in the lake area photos and video.

If we're talking about the same picture (the one on Trekcore that speculates that may be Spock), the man does look Vulcan. The thing is, I could swear he has a goatee. Despite the loss of detail, it even looks like it when I downloaded the picture and blew it up about 400 then 600 percent. A black-haired woman is standing right next him, mostly blocked by the member of the filming crew.

There look to be rank bars on the collar along with a miniature delta shield.

It does look like they're spending a lot of money on this movie. Comments, Leatherface?

hard to do that if the bride (Zoe) is the only member of the cast who is not in Dubai. Even Keenser is there but no Uhura...


That guy looks like a vulcan..who are kind of similar and might all look like spock from distance...
