As for last night, no real surprise really. Tanaka gave up a couple, Betances wasn't perfect and the Yankees couldn't score.... again.

Hats of to the Astros, they definitely were the better team. I wish them and their fans the best as they move on.

I think I start Ellsbury... but maybe not.

We just haven't been the same since Tex exited with that fluke injury... just couldn't put runs across the plate.

The off season should be interesting...

The Yanks still have a bunch under contract.

Yes, he shouldn't have been hit. Both were barely hits, a GRAZED KNUCKLE. Come on, its probably something they should have reviewed. The second one a floating curveball that probably felt like mosquito bite. No intent and the way you have been swinging the bat against him, these baserunners are gifts, GIFTS! If you really want to get back at him, hit the damn ball.

Correct. Prior to the addition of the second wild card, teams in the same division could not play each other in the divisional series round.
