Once Upon A Time Season 5 Discussion Thread -Spoilers

Oh, I know. That's why I've been dying to see them do it. I really enjoy the movie, and I would love to see OUAT take on Herc, Meg, Hades, Phil, ect.

If they could get Danny DeVito for just one episode, it would be amazing.

And James Woods. I don't think anybody other than James Woods has played the Disney version of Hades.

I was wondering if Guinevere might actually be Morgan Le Fay in disguise. There seems to be some duplicity going on there.

And, boy, it's a tough life being a dwarf. You get turned into stone, you get turned into a tree....

I'm calling it now: Guenevere is Morgana La Fey in disguise. There was that scene in the bedroom where she was oddly expressing distrust about our characters.

Yeah. It could be innocent, but I'm getting vibes that she isn't whom she seems to be.

That's exactly what they did with Marian, having her replaced by an evil witch. And, for that matter, with Lancelot. So I'd really rather they didn't go back to that well yet again. If Gwen has to be duplicitous let her be duplicitous as herself.

I doubt they're going that route. I can't remember what site it was on, but I read earlier today that Arthur might actually end up working against the heroes. So I'm thinking him and his people might already be up to no good in the Camelot flashbacks.

It appears Arthur is already aware of Regina's true identity when he watched the dance practice via remote surveillance fireplace. :) He knows she isn't the real savior. As for Guinevere, I'm not certain she really is Morgan Le Fay, but I suppose she could be Camelot's villain in disguise.

Is he bad, or merely being blackmailed?

After that little incident with the squire in the jail... I'm voting for bad.

Does the green smoke mean Zelena had something to do with that potion?

It doth appear that Arthur is a villain with a sinister plot, as Lancelot revealed to Snow. He stole the mushroom from David when they were still in Camelot, staged the theft of the reliquary, and coerced Grif into taking his own life. These are not the actions of a noble and righteous king.

So Regina is pretending to be the Savior and now Emma is going to make a hero out of Rumpy. Lots o' role reversal going on this year.

When you get into a fifth season of a show, you're gonna have to play musical chairs to generate story...

I don't know about anybody else, but I'm still enjoying it.
I knew from an interview that the Camelot people were going to be working against the Charmings and friends, but I didn't Arthur to be quite that bad. I wonder if he has some kind of a good reason for what he's doing, or if he's just a villain?
I like Dark Swan trying to turn Gold into a hero, that should be interesting.

When they showed they're doing Camelot at the end of the last season I really groaned; I'd rather see uniquely Disney characters rather than something so overdone everywhere. But I'm very happy with this season so far.
