Went to the liquor store last night (the LCBO here in Ontario), and they had a display of an assortment of pumpkin beers. Though that's been common for a few years now, but seems to have grown with more assortments each year.
^ It's wrong when pumpkin spice is introduced into products where there is no logical REASON to do so. It's a FOOD additive, not Soylent Green.

Beer has definitely jumped on the pumpkin bandwagon, though many of them aren't very good.
This just in, from our food correspondent, Euell Gibbons:Perhaps someone should explain to Len Gigante that pumpkins are actually a food!![]()
Yeah, my favourite bit is this:
Obviously, we don't eat Christmas trees. They aren't food, while pumpkins are."We don't eat Christmas trees. We shouldn't eat pumpkins," he told CBS News correspondent Michelle Miller.![]()

Well, I was more or less paraphrasing the article. But that, I didn't know. I can't say I've ever eaten any part of one.
And today I found pumpkin spice cinnomon buns. I'm still lamenting the fact that I can't find good tasting cinnom rolls and buns anymore (it seems so many people are switching to Cinnabuns brand, which to me doesn't taste worth a crap) and now they're putting pumpkin spice in 'em.
Have you tried lime chips? Fucking awful. Lime is nothing without lemon.
I'd be afraid to try... those needles would really hurt the tongue!![]()
(Well, that and the fact that Costco seems to have stopped carrying those cinnamon buns they used to have, with the most thick, decadent, delicious cream cheese frosting you've ever tasted! Those kind of spoiled me for other cinnamon buns...)
