She failed in her chosen career. It's emotionally and psychologically devastating.
Choosing a different career path is not a failure.
She's openly said several times that acting was not a career than interested her any more.
She didn't fail, she chose to do something else.
Lest the point be lost, none of that contradicts what I said in the first place. I said, "She needs help." To that, you said, "You cant help someone with an addiction, etc.," as if people saying she needs help don't know what they're talking about. Not everyone is so naive about this, yet we still can state the plain fact that she needs help.
I explained what I meant.

It sounds like she's suffering from bipolar disorder, with the drink and drugs being a vain, damaging attempt to self-medicate.
It is not clear that Jennifer is on drugs or insane.

It's all very disappointing and it could be embellished somewhat, but she must've done something wrong if the police took her to town and she looked like Hell on the mug shots.

Threatening the police saying she was going to shoot them is a good example of doing something wrong.
The police showed up three days later.
The "fight" took place on the 31st, and the cops arrived on the 3rd to take her away.
We don't even know how long the complainant waited till they called the police.
If she and her children were really in any danger for Jennifer's bum, the police would have arrived immediately.
Did she wait until one of her children said "I can't not see boobies any more mommy, there are so many boobies all over the insides of my eyelids mommy. Save me from the bad ladies boobies."?
Even if Jennifer was on Meth, a child too young to know what boobs are for, saw some boobs, and that is why she is in jail.
If on the other hand Jennifer had deflowered this neighbour's 17 year old son (the threshold in Tennessee is 18.), open fire and throw her ass in jail.
Were the children collaterally exposed to these bosoms during a conversation between two adults, or where they explicitly expressed at the children, and even then I can only imagine that the context would have been to mock the size of their mother's breasts "See! These is what real breasts look like!".
Which again makes me think that this is all about breast feeding.
It's like someone in the dark pissing on a wall at 3 am, with no idea that that wall is part of a school.

Hell for all we know the kids (3 of them apparently) could have had their back to the crazy naked lady, playing in a sand pit.

She was warned the cops were coming, possibly 2 days earlier, cleaned up the house of anything that would get her in trouble, took her clothes off and watched TV till the thin blue line arrived to take care of the former starlet.

I find the breast-feeding plausible but I wouldn't be surprised if it's some kind of mental health problem and/or drug abuse in the end.

As for this whole thing, it's down-right tragic.
She obviously has some real problems, behaving like that.
She doesn't look healthy in the picture either. I can see it in her eyes.
I hope that she can clean up her act and live a normal, happy life somewhere in the future.
But I have my doubts.
These are the two most likely suspects given the area she lives in in Roane County. Roane and Morgan county are pretty much pill mill and meth hubs in East-Tennessee.
She got arrested in Roane County. Their rehab program and help pretty much seems to consist of lock 'em up till they learn better.
