All I think say about this - the showing of a woman's breasts should not be classed as indecent exposure though lowering her pants might be.

This is the United States. You'd be surprised at the innocent things declared indecent, and the indecent things declared innocent.
As for Jennifer, I hope she can get the help she so clearly needs.

I just saw this myself. I knew she was having problems, but really haven't been paying attention. And the most recent picture I'd seen of her was probably 2000ish. But the picture the showed on my FB feed--she looks like a totally different person.

I think it's just the shock of seeing such a drastic change. When you don't see someone's picture for 20 years, it can be a lot to process.

I'm not going to speculate beyond the fact it's most likely a mental illness and pitty won't help her nor negative gossip. Speculation is the human mind trying to understand and or cope but I wonder if even better the loving wishes of help getting to her at the right time and hope will be exactly what she needs. If you believe in transferance of energy anyway.
I hope she gets her life together.

I can't explain exactly what I mean by this but she just doesn't look right to me in those mugshots, it's not just ageing and it's not something that was true of the mugshot from three years ago.
This is her second strange run in with police this year, and both sound like they could be related to mental health issues. I hope she can get the help she needs.

2. Neighbours fight. The cops should not be called in until one party starts cutting down the other ones trees with a chainsaw.
3. Still not understanding the context of the nudity if Jennifer was in her back yard yelling at her neighbour. "Do you think you're so ####ing special?? 4. If Jennifer was in her own property, her neighbours should have a strong grasp of who they are living next door to and adapt. They sent her to jail. Her revenge in a month is going to be epic and unverifiable.
